Short summaryWe are looking for a Bid Assistant who is able to support the Bid Manager in the day-to-day management of tender related activities. You will be based within our Hoofddorp office. Job descriptionAs our Bid Assistant you will be responsible for searching for relevant and potential tenders on available procurement sites and updating the tender database with all of these opportunities for reporting reasons as well as maintaining the content of this database with specialist and international knowledge for industries and locations we operate within. You will also be expected to organise meetings and conference to ensure a smooth bidding process. Bidding information will come from both internal and external sources and you will also be responsible for collating this information.For both positions our ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills with the ability to create proposals according to the client requirements using their exact quality and formatting standards. This will also mean having outstanding IT and analytical skills. You should have a Bachelors degree or the ability to work at this level and have an interest in pursuing a career in Bid Management.Job requirementsWe have two positions available, we require one person to be focused on the content of our bids and therefore advise on flow, language and grammar details as well as extracting data from our systems and business reports. You will also need to update client portals and registrations ensuring we hold the latest certificates and business documents, good business English is a must.
