I am currently working with a leading 6* Ocean Cruise Company, and have an exciting opportunity for a CDP Pastry on board.
The ideal candidate for this role must have existing experience working on board high star cruise ships OR in 5* hotels. The position offers industry leading salaries and rotations.
As Confectioner, you work within the Galley Team, reporting into the Sous and Executive Pastry Chef. Your responsibilities will include; preparing all required confectionery as per daily Menus and additional events, which entails preparing meals with the highest 6* standards of presentation.
The ideal candidate will have:
– Cruise Ship experience
– 5* hotels (cruise experience preferred)
– Fluent English language skills
– All STCWs + C1D Visa
