I am currently working with leading Cruise Company, and have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Pastry Chef on board.
As an Executive Pastry Chef you will enjoy a varied role. Your responsibilities will cover the entire on-board Pastry and Bakery operation. You will supervise and motivate Pastry and Bakery crew, conduct menu briefings, order all food supplies, ensure food safety and cleanliness is of the highest standards and socialise with guests at all outlets during service hours.
The ideal candidate will have:
– Experience in this position in a 5* restaurant / hotel (cruise experience preferred)
– Classical Pastry and Bakery Training
– Developed management skills
– Fluent English language skills
– $8000 on-board only
– 4:2 rotation (Months)
