IT Team Lead in Singapore

Our client is a Marine Service Provider in Marine&Oil/Gas Industry is urgently in need of IT TEAM LEAD a permanent role to be based in Singapore.
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in an enterprise environment with at least 1-year experience as a team
Experience of working in ITIL and IT Service Desk environment
Strong leadership skill, people management, vendors management, time management, incident and provide management with excellent customer relationship management
Excellent communication, highly energetic and strong engagement
Able to motivate the team to deliver services and meet SLA
Able to work independently and adapt to a dynamic working
Able to handle work pressure and work after hours when
Able to travel at short
Certifications in the following areas would be a significant advantage.
Degree in Computer Science or related
Microsoft technologies especially Azure
VMWare vSphere VCP
ITIL and Prince2
Manage IT daily operations and provide support to the company’s offices in APAC
Manage all IT purchasing and budgets for company’s offices in APAC
Manage APAC and China IT team and
Oversees all Service Desk activities at the regional level and ensure SLA are
Oversees administrations and maintenance of regional IT
Carry out IT operations projects and on-board vessels
Implement and maintain group IT policies, process, procedures and IT
Develop and maintain APAC IT architecture in conjunction with global IT operations
Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestion for
Ensure relevant technical and operational documentations are in place for all APAC IT
Work with IT manager, other team leaders and regional business managers within different business departments to plan, prioritise and deliver projects and
Provide a weekly reports to Group Head of IT and IT Manager
