Sous chef

A luxury cruise company currently have an opening for a Sous Chef.Candidate must have previous experience in this role in a 4-5 star hotel, restaurant or cruise ship.The chosen candidates should have: the capability to provide culinary supervision, training and delegation of at least 10 culinary subordinates; experience with high volume culinary operations, advanced food safety certificate and the ability to assist the Executive Chef in developing and updating the standard corporate recipes.Salary in USD paid whilst onboard. The rotation is 6 months on, 2 months off. Single cabin accommodation.Valid STCW, C1/D Visa and Medical are essential.Apply for this exciting role today!
